The days before the crossing were very busy and passed quickly. We used the time to buy more provisions. We mainly had to buy fresh produce such as fruit and vegetables. We were able to do this at a market where local produce was available. A great experience.
We also had to buy more water. However, the shop assistant couldn't cope with our order of 108 litres of sparkling water. He kept bringing us one bottle after another because he probably had misunderstood us. In the end, we had our water together and the nice salesman organised a taxi for us. The taxi driver then took us straight to the marina with all the water.
